When using the URC or AIOC card (both have the same CPU) then windows will report an alert on the AIOC DFU Runtime device as per the picture above.
This is an alert and not an error..
This alert should be ignored. It is an artifact of the firmware update process that stays active after the device is programmed. It is used again when you want to upgrade the AIOC or URC processor.
Third-party video content shows overriding this alert by using Zadig. This is not recommended.
Using Zadig may cause the USB software subsystem to become unstable and make access to the AIOC processor unreliable. The operation of Zadig is reversable but is dependent on your hardware configuration so research may be required to do this.
There are no drivers needed for the AIOC or URC; Windows and Linux supports the serial port, HID and sound card elements of the unit natively.

When you plug the unit into your computer these devices will be visible and you are good to go.
Note that the COM port number of the URC/AIOC will be different for you and will increase with each new device you install.
